EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION (now - Nov 4th) | $239
STANDARD REGISTRATION (Nov 5th- Dec 5th) | $269
LATE REGISTRATION (starting Dec 3rd) | $299

When is the registration deadline?
Registration closes on December 2nd at midnight. Late registration is open at 12:01 am on Dec 3rd.
Where and when is conference?
We'll be downtown at the The Indianapolis Marriott Downtown (350 West Maryland Street, Indianapolis, IN 46225). Check-in is 4-6pm on December 28th and our last session is on December 31st.
How do I get to conference?
Students will be responsible for their own transportation. Contact a campus staff member if you need assistance coordinating a ride.

Can I stay with a friend?
You can request to stay with a specific student on your registration form.
Does the conference provide meals?
The conference does not provide any meals. However, the staff work hard to get "meal deals" and discounts for the students. We recommend bringing your own food for breakfast.
