Where do I register?
Registration is closed until next year!
How much does it cost? (2023)
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION (now - Nov 4th) | $219
STANDARD REGISTRATION (Nov 5th - Dec 1st) | $249
LATE REGISTRATION (starting Dec 1st) | $279

When is the registration deadline?
Registration closes on December 1st at midnight. Late registration is open at 12:01 am on Dec 2nd, rooming preferences are not guaranteed during late registration.
What if I can't come last minute?
You can transfer your tickets to another student free of charge. We will not be able to refund tickets. Please contact us if you have any further questions.
Where and when is conference?
We'll be downtown at the The Westin Indianapolis (241 W. Washington St Indianapolis IN 46204). Check-in is 4-6pm on December 28th and our last session is on December 31st.
How do I get to conference?
Students will be responsible for their own transportation. Contact a campus staff member if you need assistance coordinating a ride.
CO Minneapolis: Transportation will be provided only for Minneapolis students.

Can I stay with a friend?
You can request to stay with a specific student on your registration form.
Does the conference provide meals?
The conference does not provide any meals. However, the staff work hard to get "meal deals" and discounts for the students. There is a mall food court attached to the hotel via skyway bridge. Wearing your conference name tag will give you deals at many restaurants. We recommend bringing your own food for breakfast.
